Protect yourself from service, repair, and replacement charges with our low-cost protection plans.
Service Call Protection Plan
$4.95/mo
- Service Call Charge ($40) is waived.
- Troubleshooting/fault isolation and repair or replacement of faulty telephone and data wiring and jacks inside your home at labor rate of $75/hour (waived for up to two (2) hours of labor).
- Replacement of a faulty DSL modem will be provided and installed for DSL internet service.
Equipment Protection Plan
$9.95/mo
- Service Call Charge ($40) is waived.
- Up to three (3) customer visits in 12 months for troubleshooting/fault isolation and repair or replacement of faulty telephone and data wiring and/or jacks inside your home (maximum of two (2) hours of included labor per visit).
- On-site replacement of any AWI provided equipment by an AWI technician.
