X-STOP is not a program that is installed on your computer, and therefore cannot be overridden.
The only way to remove X-STOP from your account is by calling us at (206) 565-3131.
If you run into a site that should not be blocked, you can email the site address to the email address given on the blocked page. We will determine the nature of the site and unblock it as long as it does not contain any adult or obscene content.
